AZ Integrative Medicine & Spa, originally founded in 2006, is a comprehensive wellness center where our mission is to provide service with authenticity, compassion, and excellence. Our certified physician injector, Dr. Jyoti Patel has been injecting BOTOX & Dermal Fillers for over 15 years and is triple boarded in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Integrative Medicine. She is also a Certified Functional Practitioner. We offer holistic medical consults to manage chronic diseases, weight loss, and preventative care. We are a full-service Medispa for all your beauty needs such as BOTOX Cosmetic, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, body sculpting, skin resurfacing, laser hair and pigment correction, lesion removals, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, waxing, and dermblading!
